Many students are shy and cannot express what they are good at or want to do. The ones who can speak are given the opportunity but what about the ones who cannot speak up or are not able to reach the teachers?  

To deal with this, we have come up with a solution- Student Interest Survey: At the beginning of the new session, we will have all students fill out a survey, in which students will indicate their interests, hobbies, skills, etc.

This will not only help students but will also help teachers and schools to function better.
