General Privacy Terms

Intelligence Win (It can be stated as “IW”, “we”, or “us”) is the owner of www.intelligencewin.com and https://intelligencewin.co.in is committed to protecting your right to privacy and it is our policy to respect the privacy of private data. As IW is a B2B company currently dealing with schools in exchange for service(s) for students, teachers, parents, and schools. So, we need to collect some personal information that is required for the smooth running of services for our clients (Here client refers to the schools). The information shared with us is always stored in password-protected servers owned by IW. All the databases are stored in a firewall-based server. We cannot guarantee the security of our databases.

We may change our privacy policy from time to time to incorporate necessary future changes. Of course, our use of any information we gather will always be consistent with the policy under which the information was collected, regardless of the new policy.

Content Privacy

IW is an ed-tech company, so we provide learning content on our platforms for students, teachers, schools, and parents. So, the website contains a lot of content in the form of documents, videos, images, etc. 

All the content shared by IW will be having an IW and respective school’s watermark and is considered private content sharing that content outside the IW environment is considered a breach of the privacy policy. The IW environment covers the client’s (schools) teams and the IW official team. Anyone other than this is considered a person outside the IW environment and sharing data is a breach of the company privacy policy. IW has the full right to take action again the person who has created a breach of the data. Action can be legal or non-legal with or without notice.

GDPR (General data protection regulation)

Personal information:

“Personal Information” shall mean the information which identifies a User i.e., first and last name, identification number, email address, age, gender, location, photograph, and/or phone number provided at the time of registration or any time thereafter on the Platform. “Sensitive Personal Information” like the user password will be saved in the server. So, we suggest that the password you set does not contain any personal details as if it is leaked there is no hamper to your personal data. If any issue comes up company won’t be taking any responsibility for any issue. All data collected will be coming from the clients(Schools) so the data collected will be complete within the IW environment.

Student data:

To provide effective and efficient services to students we are collecting their data on a regular basis on our platform from different sources like schools, teachers, and parents. This data is stored and shared within the IW environment and is always used to improve the services on the platform. On the other hand, students are not allowed to record any video content or take screenshots from the platform and share the content outside the IW environment. If found so they are liable for facing actions against them.

Parents data:

To provide effective and efficient services to parents we are collecting their data on a regular basis on our platform from different sources like schools, teachers, students, and parents. This data is stored and shared within the IW environment and is always used to improve the services on the platform. On the other hand, parents or any other family members are not allowed to record any video content or take screenshots from the platform and share the content outside the IW environment. If found so they are liable for facing actions against them.

Schools data:

To provide effective and efficient services to schools we are collecting their data on a regular basis on our platform from different sources like schools, teachers, students, and parents. This data is stored and shared within the IW environment and is always used to improve the services on the platform. On the other hand, schools are not allowed to record any video content or take screenshots from the platform and share the content outside the IW environment. If found so they are liable for facing actions against them.

Teachers data:

To provide effective and efficient services to teachers we are collecting their data on a regular basis on our platform from different sources like schools, teachers, students, and parents. This data is stored and shared within the IW environment and is always used to improve the services on the platform. On the other hand, teachers are not allowed to record any video content or take screenshots from the platform and share the content outside the IW environment. If found so they are liable for facing actions against them.

How we use the information?

Personal information is only collected to provide efficient services on the platform to the clients (schools). As the platform keeps on interacting between Schools (school and teachers) with parents and students constantly so the data will be constantly flowing through the platform to the concerned person so the information record is always kept in the server to keep a record and backup of the data for further use in the IW environment.

How long do we retain personal information?

We will be retaining all the data on the IW server till the school is the client for Intelligence Win. Even after the closure of the contract, the IW has the full right to retain the data for the next 10 years as per the GDPR Act. If any person wants us to delete their data and their personal information post the contract closure, they can request us to delete the data for the same over the below details. In the situation of a contract breach, the client has no right to get any data deleted from IW servers for the next 5 years. Post that they can request the data deletion from IW.

Information Security

All the data shared on the platform especially shared from the IW team is always private data and is only shared with the clients (schools, teachers, students, and parents). If any data is shared outside the IW environment the concerned person will be liable for the actions and is expected to face legal or non-legal actions against them. On the other hand, IW will not be selling/sharing the personal information of our clients outside the IW environments. Data will always be saved in IW-secured and password-protected servers.

Data sharing protocol

All the data that is shared by the IW team should be accessed only on the IW platform until the data doesn’t have the data download option. If the data is downloadable then the users can use the data as personal data. But, the users are not allowed to screenshot any data and share it outside the IW environment. All data shared on the platform for the platform usage or for the interaction purpose between the schools/teachers with students/parents through the platform is suggested to be used over the platform until it has the download access, screenshots of the data are strictly prohibited. All the data shared by schools/teachers to students/parents are considered as the sharing data only even if it is confidential to the school/teachers. IW is not liable for any kind of breach if the data is shared.

Testimonials

We post customer testimonials/comments/reviews on our Websites which may contain personal information. Prior to posting the testimonial, we obtain the customer’s consent to post their name along with their testimonial. If you want your testimonial removed, please reach out to us.
