Everyone will be given a live demo physically in schools and will be doing hands-on with them so that they become familiar with the platform and its functionalities.

Part 2: User Manual
The platform has a user manual, of how to access all the functionalities and how to use it step by step. It can be downloaded from the platform’s individual dashboard.

Part 3: Video Demo
Every functionality has a how-to-use, step-by-step video linked to it so that the user can see the video and follow the steps if they need any help.

Part 4: Personalized Support
There are 24x7 dedicated customer support teams for each school. Schools and teachers can connect with them at any time and they will be helping you resolve your confusion or queries.
